The Vital B100 (B1 bomber) is hypo-allergenic and contains no corn, wheat, dairy, soy, sugar, salicylates, casein, or fillers and binders.
Recommended Consumption:
Two capsules daily, usually before bedtime.
(but may also be taken at any time during the day).
During the firs two weeks, and according to need you may take 2 capsules of Vital B100 twice daily.
If taking the vital B to assist you in overcoming a stress symptom, you may take 2 capsules and then a further two if needed 15 minutes later.
To gain the fastest response, the Vital-B100 capsules may be opened and the contents dissolved in water to drink.
