To make the Cleansing Shake, add 1 tablespoon Hydrated Bentonite and 10 oz of water to a shaker jar, shake gently until mixed. Then add 2 teaspoons of Psyllium Husk Powder and shake vigorously until thoroughly blended. Drink immediately, as the shake will thicken. Always drink an additional 10 oz of water immediately afterwards.
As a Daily Fiber Supplement,Psyllium is versatile and easy to use!
In food, add 2 level teaspoons to your morning smoothie, hot cereal or pancake or waffle mix. Use in baking, soups and any course that includes a sauce, such as a stir-fry, casserole or stew. As a drink, mix 2 level teaspoons thoroughly with 10 oz of your favorite juice or water and drink immediately.
Special Comments: Reminder - never use more than 2 teaspoons of Psyllium per serving. Since our fiber is 100% Psyllium and nothing else, you will notice that when mixed with your favorite juice or water, it has a natural, nutty taste and some substance to it.
