Which personal data are used by SHE Ltd?
The collection of personal data is required to make the majority of transactions possible.  Correct application of the data protection act is of utmost importance to us.  The following explains which data is collected for Self Health Enterprises Ltd, for what purposes and how we handle these data.  Your personal data are used exclusively according to telecommunication and e-commerce legislation, or according to your instruction or permission.  You may at any time ask that we amend or remove your records.

Which personal data are necessary to place an order?
Personal data comprise all information which make personal identification possible.  This includes given name and surname, address and Telephone number and email address if available. If different from your billing address we need the delivery address as well.  To facilitate your order, the address information will be communicated to the post office.  For payment we also need your bank or credit card details.

Is it possible to confirm, change or cancel any personal data?
As soon as you are registered as a customer, which is possible by phone, fax or email, you will be given a customer number. Using this number you may confirm, alter or even cancel your data should you wish to discontinue using our services.

Is personal information given to third parties?
NO!  Your personal data is used exclusively for ordering purposes and internal use within SHE and never passed to third parties.  We only use your address data for our own marketing purposes. This enables us to send our news letter to our customers in order to provide better service, special offers and more.  The customer is always provided with the option to unsubscribe.  We store your personal data electronically and use it for offers, promotions and health advice only.

All orders over the internet are payable only by credit card.  Orders made by phone fax or email are payable by credit card or direct debit.  We never give any information to credit control agencies or other authorities.  For your security all internet transactions are passed through Sec Pay.  SecPay use only the highest standards of state of the art security tools and techniques to ensure that your data are protected.
