Ingredients (Serving Size 1 Tablet):

1000 mcg Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin), Microcrystalline cellulose, mannitol, fructose, sorbitol, magnesium stearate, lecithin, croscarmellose sodium, cherry flavour

Healthy red and white blood cells require Vitamin B 12 to carry oxygen and fight infection, while it is also used to create myelin - the protective sheath around the nerve cells that ensure electrical impulses do not 'short circuit'.

Symptoms of B12 deficiency can be so severe that they actually mimic senility. Vitamin B12 helps prevent nerve damage and maintain fertility, and is needed for production of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that enhances memory and learning.

Vitamin B12 works closely with folic acid vitamin B6 to convert food into energy and to protect your heart by removing homocysteine from the blood.  Homocysteine level is a good indicator of potential cardiovascular disease.

Homocysteine is an amino acid found in meats that causes blood cells to clump together and cling to arterial walls. This can damage arteries and contribute to the development of atherosclerosis and heart attack.

Adults take 1 tablet daily or as directed. Allow to dissolve under tongue.
